Everyone heard about Shaun White face planting the copping while trying to land its double cork backside 1260...Pretty much similar like K.Pearce's accident resulting in severe brain injury....However Shaun seemed to absorb it pretty well as he kept pushing through the competition and ended up winning.
Most snowboarders would have finished at the hospital from such an impact.
