I woke up this morning and heard the sadest news that Andy Irons just passed away (he was battling against Dengue fever).

To lose a Brother, a son, and a husband (soon to be father) must heartbreaking far beyond what I can imagine.

My deepest thoughts are going to his family. So while it may not bring any comfort to this huge loss, His soul, his inspiration is alived through most surfers you are seeing in the oceans all around the globe because like me, thousands of other kids have watched him surf and try to copy his style.

Harrison Gordon

About two weeks ago, I went to Hintertux and met Harrison Gordon, super chill dude and I have to say he is pretty fucking talented .

Here is a part I found on Whitelines site...too bad it's only jibbing footage because Harrison shreds in backcountry as well.

When tattoos go wrong

Il ike tattoo, it is about personal expression sometimes it has big meaning and sometimes it is womething you got while being drunk in Vegas (but usually you in that case you also got married to a hooker who has three kids so that the tattoo will be the least of your problem).

At the end, Andy is talking about his first waves...funny because my friends and I we all remember our first wave and and I was a surf instructor that was my goal to get my students hooked on their first wave...it's a sensation hard to describe so you will have to try surfing next time you see some waves.
